Full-bodied with lemon oatcake, spearmint and cardamom. 
Finish
Delightfully tart damson jam underpinned by dry, wood spices.

20 months in a Shaved, Toasted and Re-charred (STR) ex-wine cask has furnished this creamy, full-bodied spirit with all the subtle red wine, vanilla, sugar and spice notes we could have hoped for.
