Tasting Notes

Colour: Burnt orange.
Nose: Syrup sponge, wild strawberry and vanilla.
Palate: Red apple, brown sugar and sweet cinnamon dusting.
Finish: Caramel sauce drizzled over luxurious rum and raisin ice cream.

Further Information

After starting in an ex-bourbon hogshead for 2 years, most of this Glen Moray’s maturation took place in a 1st fill Oloroso sherry barrique from the beautiful Bodegas Hidalgo – La Gitana in Sanlúcar de Barrameda.
