Further Information
Over 3 years in an Oloroso sherry-seasoned wine barrique from Bodegas Hidalgo - La Gitana, with a smoky influence from our Cask Islay Sherry Edition. Both the stone fruit notes of the sherry and the coastal smoke of the Islay malt are evident from the wood.
