An undisclosed single malt exhibiting powerful Islay peat smoke from a barley phenolic content of around 35 ppm. Full maturation in a 1st fill Oloroso sherry seasoned barrique from Bodegas Hidalgo La Gitana contributes rich fruit flavours and adds texture to the palate.
