Tasting Notes

Colour: Dark vermillion.
Nose: Sticky raisin, tangy orange and crystallised ginger.
Palate: Muscovado sugar, black liquorice and maraschino cherry.
Finish: Prolonged with refined notes of charcuterie, leather and tobacco.

A full 15 years in a 1st fill Spanish oak sherry butt have afforded one of the darkest whiskies to ever pass through our sample room. A flawless example of a very particular style, that will be perfect in the eyes of many.
