Nose
Grassy peat, meadow hay and smoky peanut butter.
Palate
Cool mint ash, pink grapefruit and barley sugar.
Finish
Lingering lapsang souchong with hints of pine and cedar.

Further Information

Our first release from an exciting parcel of 2017 barrels of this heavily peated Loch Lomond make. Still young, and a little raw, but we couldn’t resist the opportunity to present one of the casks before the highly individual, wet-tarry/herbally-funk starts to subdue and develop with age.
