In the interests of openness and transparency, we aim to be as precise and detailed as is practical on our labels, noting here a second maturation in 1st fill Oloroso for 34 months. What we couldn’t fit in is that the premium quality European oak finishing cask was seasoned for 3 years prior to filling.
