Tasting Notes

Colour: Burnished gold.
Nose: Spiced oak, butterscotch, worn leather & dried apricots.
Palate: Vanilla fudge, wax/oil & spiced berries.
Finish: Cask ale, maple syrup & salty sea air. A whisky of real character, with complex ‘rancio’ notes you might expect from an older malt.
