Tasting Notes

Colour: Yellow gold.
Nose: Phenolic, briny, iodine, charred embers with peat coming through. Ripe figs.
Palate: Slight salty mouthfeel, sweet and smoky yet quite dry. Salted peanut brittle.
Finish: A classic smouldering Islay cask.
