Colour: Olive gold.
Nose: Vanilla yoghurt, green apple, buttercream and aniseed.
Palate: Zesty orange, honey, charred oak and clove.
Finish: Hickory wood sweetness, honey glaze, and hints of thyme and bay.

Further Information

We can’t speak highly enough of the good folks at Tomatin, and their spirit isn’t half bad either. A typically intense, oak-forward expression.
