Colour: Vibrant gold.
Nose: Red apple, gingerbread and toffee sauce.
Palate: Crème brûlée with cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Finish: Crumbly shortbread and gentle chilli pepper melt blissfully in the mouth.

Another of the Rothes “Fab Four” (alongside Glen Spey, Glen Grant and Speyburn). Sweet pudding and baking spices single out this bourbon hogshead as the perfect Autumnal malt to mark the changing of the seasons.
